We named our company after Modo because we want to help her and other children realise their potential through 1moreChild. Modo, and her two older siblings, are receiving support from the 1moreChild charity, who have helped feed, clothe and school her alongside 280 other children in a village in Uganda.

Four day week
At Modo25 we all work a 4 day week, with a 3 day weekend - every weekend. We pay all our team members a competitive above market rate full-time salary and we are all paid London salary levels, whether we work in Leeds or from home.

John Readman, a seasoned entrepreneur and digital marketing expert with over 25 years in the industry, envisioned revolutionizing digital marketing through AI and machine learning. His goal was clear: to guide marketers on where to invest their next pound, dollar, euro, or yen with precision.
A perfect partnership
Enter Bonamy Grimes, co-founder of SkyScanner, the UK's first tech unicorn. With his expertise in data consolidation and creating user-friendly platforms, Bonamy was the ideal partner for John's ambitious plan.
